BCM50 2.2 wont boot up

I've go a BCM50 2.2 that was working fine, I had it shipped to a new location and now it wont bootup.
I have a solid green power LED and a solid Amber Status LED, I saw it reboot once, turned power off and opened case, reseatted ATA cables, it has not been rebooting anymore but the machine just wont bootup.all my phones are just flashing, any info is greatly appreciated.

nevermind its still rebooting, I guess I just didnt wait long enough
