BCM50 2.0 issue

Has anyone come accross this problem yet?

BCM50 2.0 top led is red bottom flashing green, system has not been rebooted in months seems to be working normally but I cannot access thru element manager on either the OAM port or lan port.

before i try rebooting this i was looking for some input.

There is a Major or Critical alarm on the BCM50.
The status LED must be cleared using Element Manager Alarm Panel.
The LED does not clear itself, if you cannot connect to the BCM then you will have to reboot, do you have an up to date backup...

Flashing lights are not good. Hopefully you have a current backup. About the only thing you can do is recycle power and hope for the best. This has happened to me a couple of times and I've had to replace the KSU.
