BCM50 2.0 incoming call stats

I have tried to use the setup and use the SMDR feature to get just some basic incoming only stats for the PRI from the BCM but it is not working. Is there a step by step guide for using this feature. Is it standard or do I need a key code. I am just trying to get a daily report of the calls that have come in the night before.

Enable and use the built in CDR - Call Detail Reports
