BCM50 1.0 to 3.0 failed upgrade

I tried upgrading a BCM501.0 to 3.0, followed the steps and the upgrade failed. At step 2 of 4 I get the error "Invalid or corrupt patch. Please try retrieving the patch again" Bad upgrade CDs? Anyone else had this error?

Try downloading the software from Nortel's site and using that.

We had RMA'd the software and Nortel sent us a "New" set of software upgrade CD's. I am going to try it this afternoon, I hope it works. From what I have read from the docs, its pretty cut and dry
