I have a BCM450R6 with 249 IP users on it. On Friday at 16:47 I logged in and within a minutes the system crashed as per log below. I lost all IP Phone details and when phones came back up they were asking for a DN. I was adding 2 more ip phones but never got the chance. Here is the alarm I got. I was able to restore with a backup but am concerned that it may happen again. Can anyone shed any light on this? Thanks
