BCM450R6 callpilot stopped

Hello Team
On a BCM450R6 Callpilot stopped and refuses to start. Rebooting the system does not fix the issue.
The error is critical and as resolution is proposed to do a L2 reset and install the latest SU.
Any suggestions?
I managed to get a full backup.

You might try a restore from factory default, load latest patches, then restore backup.

I would just do a factory restore of the Call Pilot first.

I would try in order

-Restore from backup

If Callpilot does not respond then
-Restore from factory default, test if it responds well
-If it responds well then restore from backup

If Callpilot does not respond then
-Replace HD and test Callpilot before loading everything else
If it responds well then patch it to latest, then restore from backup

If Callpilot still does not respond then
-Replace Power Supply and test Callpilot

If Callpilot still does not respond then
-Replace BFT and test Callpilot
