BCM450r1 pri external forward trouble

Hello, got a BCM450r1 with 60 digital sets and one Time-Warner Telecom PRI. The customer has used external forwarding of DID calls to cell phones for years but since recently upgrading their data and voice service, external forwarding no longer works. I've had a Time Warner switch tech view calls in his monitor and he tells me that Time Warner is rejecting these forwarded calls because the calling number hitting his switch doesn't belong to the customer. He also tells me that he needs to see an "ANI Redirect" tag to go ahead and put the call through. This is a new security regulation by the FCC according to TW Telecom.
Question: Is there a programing adjustment in the BCM that I can make to send the Telco this "ANI Redirect" tag? If the customer is SOL then that's just the way it is.

p.s. I've read the search topics at length and haven't found anything specific.

Don't think there is a setting for that but Time Warner shhould be to let any digits pass through and allow the call. At least I've done it with Qwest & Brighthouse in the past.
 
Thanks for the quick response. I just received a document from another TW Telecom rep that states that customers are required to provide equipment that is compliant. It also states that TW Telecom's Adtran IADs at customer sites can be configured to a "non-standard" to allow call redirects if customer PBXs won't support ANI Redirect.

Unchecked "Send Name Display" in Telephony Resources PRI this morning - no joy. Customer will have TW Telecom reconfigure the Adtran to allow external forwarding. Thanks everyone.
