Hello, got a BCM450r1 with 60 digital sets and one Time-Warner Telecom PRI. The customer has used external forwarding of DID calls to cell phones for years but since recently upgrading their data and voice service, external forwarding no longer works. I've had a Time Warner switch tech view calls in his monitor and he tells me that Time Warner is rejecting these forwarded calls because the calling number hitting his switch doesn't belong to the customer. He also tells me that he needs to see an "ANI Redirect" tag to go ahead and put the call through. This is a new security regulation by the FCC according to TW Telecom.
Question: Is there a programing adjustment in the BCM that I can make to send the Telco this "ANI Redirect" tag? If the customer is SOL then that's just the way it is.
