BCM450 with IP Sets Remote, using NAT. Some IP Sets have no audio but connect

BCM 450 6.0 with 20 remote IP sets. 16 out of the 20 work fine but 4 have no audio. They connect and can make calls to the main site but there is no audio from either side. We opened up every port in the router, still happening. Any ideas?

Have you checked out the alarms in the BCM?. You might have some that refer to the IP sets that won't connect.
