bcm450 to bcm50 voip networking

One of my customer's has a bcm450 version 1.0. They have DNs starting with 200. They're receiving 7 digits from the phone company on their Pri.

I'll be installing a bcm50 version 5.0 for them at one of their branches that will be networked to their bcm450 using voip trunks. I'm planning to assign DNs starting with 400 in the new bcm50.

The customer wants to be able to dial just 3 digits from site to site.

Can I define 3 digit destination codes in the bcm50 with a 7 digit dialout that matches 7 digit target line receive digits in the 450?

I'm fairly sure you can do that as long as you don't have any DN conflicts.
