BCM450 RCC software support

I just found out that ITEL doesn't support the Avaya BCM450 RCC (Reporting Software for the Intelligent Contact Center) any more. Does anyone know if there is paid support for the RCC and if so do you have the contact info for them?

Evening, I do not believe anyone supports this anymore. I have not heard of anyone, other than maybe a VAR who has techs that are savy on it. I remember have to reinstall it all the time when it would get out of whack and also do regular cleanups and purges to keep it from crashing. The whole Nortel portfolio has fallen off the map from what I have heard.
