BCM450 R6 Mailbox in Use error 1

Multiple users have experienced a mailbox in use message in display either accessing there mailbox or during a mailbox session it pops up and they cannot get in their mailbox until I reboot the BCM , and that action drops the "HELD" voicemail ports and then they can get in and the mailbox in use message is eliminated.Its a sporadic event on 450 rls 6.0. Any ideas what causes the application port to be in a held state and output a "mailbox in use " message would be most appreciated.

I see others have posted this before but I didn't see what the resolution was.

I don't have a solution but I believe if you stop and then restart the voice mail service it is a less intrusive way to clear the error.

That did work. Thanks. I will also look at the patches to see if any of them deal with this issue.
