Hi all,
I have enabled fax messaging in a BCM450 r6 (keycodes) and i have install the unified client to some users.
I can send and receive faxes from there, but i noticed that some faxes (not all) came to my mailbox as a voicemail and not as a fax.
I also noticed that when the other peer fax machine try to send me the fax the bcm monitor at voice port usage saw that receive a voice call, when i receive a successful fax the voice port saw that receive a fax call.
I realize that the bcm fax system did recognize all fax machines.
i have install all the latest patches BCM450.R600.SU.System-012.201207 & BCM450.R600.SU.Desktop-003.201203
but the problem still persist.
I tried to enable the express messaging line to mailbox but when the fax call came (even the successfully) the call disconnected.
do you have any idea???
