We applied a recent patch (BCM450.R600.CTE-LMS-16) which finally fixed a problem with the BCM Monitor utility not reporting "under Line Monitor tab" on lines above 150. We couldn' track any of our incoming or outgoing calls on a LD T1 we had until this was fixed.

In case any of you are experiencing a similar issue.

We were on a BCM400 r4 and not having any issues.
We upgraded to a BCM450 r5 and encountered the BCM Monitor problem.
We finally got a patch to fix issue on r5.
We upgraded to a BCM450 r6 and re-encountered the BCM Monitor problem.
We finally got the latest patch which fixes the issue on r6.

Is this a Beta patch? I can't find it in the PEP library.

Thanks.

It's probably more of an alpha patch. We were the first to report this problem on 6.0. Just an fyi... thiat a solution does exist. See your vendor. Here are some ore details..

Some email's between us, CenturyLink and Avaya regarding the BCM Monitor Problem:

Gene,
This was for the BCM monitor issue (not showing upper PRI lines) on second PRI after we upgraded to 450 5.0. The patch fixed it. But when we upgraded to 6.0 the issue came back. I see you had it but I think Tom maybe took it over??

The following e-mail is from Carlos C., regarding case number 100628-66423,
titled ' wi00729065 BCM450 R1/5.0/BCM Monitor does not show PRI lines 151 thu 173'.

I'm a vendor but i checked in PEP library and it doesn't seems to be available.

I don't know what the PEP library is as I am not a vendor, but end user. If you need further info, you can contact me at: cobitguy@gmail.com and I can put you in contact with our vendor.
