BCM450 POTS to PRI -> Channel 1 locking up in BCM

I have a BCM450 that we moved from POTS to PRI and ever since we cut them over yesterday, the PRI sometimes goes silly and channel 1 gets locked up. We are the LEC, so I had our Translations department turn channel one down and then calls started back in on the PRI on channel 2....but after a period of time then channel 2 locked up in the BCM450. I'm set for NI2, Descending Sequential, External Clocking, B8ZS ESF.

Some other issues.....
Main Chassis:
Slot 1 - DSM 32+
Slot 2 - GATM 8
Slot 3 - DTM-PRI
Slot 4 - GASM 8

Expansion
Slot 1 - GATM 8
Slot 2 - GATM 8
Slot 3 - DSM32+
Slot 4 - ASM8+
Slot 5 - GATM8
Slot 6 - GATM8

We added the ASM8+ in slot 4 of expansion. I was working with another tech on this and he suggested that my Dip Switch settings on the cards may not be set right. How do I know what the dip switch settings SHOULD BE? I can see in programming there is a dipswitch column under Resources -> Telephony Resources. Is this what my MBMs are currently set at, or is this what they should be set at?

PRI is Primary.
If this is thru a Adtran sometimes I have had to make it ascending to get it to work.
And for the dip switch setting that is what it is suppose to be you have to match what it says on the card. But the DTI card would not come up if the settings are not set right. Plus all the cards in the Main unit should be all on it is the expansion that need to be set..
