Has anyone encounter intermittent no audio on a Bcm450 in a full IP deployment? You lift the handset and there's no dialtone.No need to reboot the IP phone it comes back by itself.Can happen on any phone anytime,really random.
I suspected the network but those two customers have two different networks,one is all Cisco switches and the other one is all Nortel switches.Both use 2 VLAN,one for voice and one for data.
I'm just wondering if its a known issue before opening a case at Nortel.
