Bcm450- No Audio on IP sets intermittent

Has anyone encounter intermittent no audio on a Bcm450 in a full IP deployment? You lift the handset and there's no dialtone.No need to reboot the IP phone it comes back by itself.Can happen on any phone anytime,really random.
I suspected the network but those two customers have two different networks,one is all Cisco switches and the other one is all Nortel switches.Both use 2 VLAN,one for voice and one for data.
I'm just wondering if its a known issue before opening a case at Nortel.

 
How many IP phones? Any CEC's (Capacity Expansion Cartridges) installed? Enough resources allocated to the IP phones? Is the INTERCOM set as Prime Line for each set?

Both Bcm450 have around 70 Ip Phones,all 1120e and 1140e and Yes the Intercom is set as the prime line on each set.
Never had anything like that on all my Bcm400 Full IP installs..!
 
CEC's?? IP Phone resources??

Goto Application Resources and tell us what ya got.. You can save the information to an HTML file via Element Manager..

I just verified one of the 2 bcm's,
It has 64 IP phones,No CEC and the resources are as follow;
Min-0
Max-Max
License-64
System Max-512
