BCM450 GATM8 Not seeing the BCM - ON SITE NOW!

I have a customer that bought a BCM450 that has a DSM32+ and a GATM8..The GATM8 the bcm is not seeing it..

There is the dip switches on the back of the GATM8, which way shall they be turned? Also, he has the DSM32+ in bottom bay, one above is blank, and second from top is where he has the GATM8...Any ideas? Thanks Brent

If you navigate to the BCM's IP address via Internet Explorer, you should be able to download the documentation. However, it may be posible via EM access to look at what spare bus's exist and set the dip switches to the next spare one.

It shouldn't matter where the GATM8 is placed.
