Thanks in advance for your assistance!
Scenario: BCM450 on Release 5 with Contact Center patched to the latest last week. Application DN 4250 is a CDN in Contact Center to the primary skillset. It also resides on all agent's phones as an internal autodial button so agents can transfer callers into queue if necessary.
The issue: If the BCM is rebooted for whatever reason, once it comes back up, the internal autodial button for 4250 on all phones shows active like it is in use. The customer says she goes to each phone individually and enters Feat**CONFIG then presses goodbye. She says this extinguishes the button.
1) Any ideas why it lights up in the first place after a reboot?
2) Any ideas how to clear it from a systemwide perspective rather than having to touch every set?
