BCM450 and CDR (Call Detail Record) Reporting and Processing.

Could someone please suggest a low cost yet visually compelling/user-friendly application to PULL (or process PUSHed) Nortel BCM450 CDR record information?

I've looked into a few solutions which export very hard to read Excel documents, and such.

I was hoping for a cost effective solution with good readability.

Please suggest.
