We've just installed a BCM450 with a pri. Incoming callers are getting this message. the trunks(channels) are idle at the CO and looks like the calls are routed correctly. We checked the BCM and the most channels busy were four,
(1,2,4,23). we determined trunks 1-3 were the problem by monitoring at CO and making calls, so we busied them out at CO. System worked fine for approx 3hrs then same thing happened with trunks 4 & 5, so they were busied out also. No problem since. We have changed DTM card in BCM & pair gain Card in T1 shelf. Any ideas?
