I have a BCM400 with 4.0 software. It recently lost all voice mail capabilities and I can't get into programming. I have replaced the hard drive and pec cards. Still no luck. Any suggestions?

I have seen the power supply do this. We had one that we replaced the HDD and it didn't fix it. We replaced the power supply and all is well.
