Hi, I have BCM400 Installed with arround 40 users (using Ip Phone 2001-2002)splitted in hunt groups, autoattendant running and 4 incoming ISDN BRI lines.

I have one primary number which is: 3090099 and
One secondary number which is: 3090100 (it is not dedicated to one line)

I want to be able to point the callers which dialed 3090100 to ring on a certain extension. I was not able to do this since i could not isolate the line, it's randomly mixed all the time. Anyone got any experience with this issue?

I would really appreciate some assistance.
Thanks, Ivo

Should just need to build a target line with those received digits and point that line to a set. I've never worked with BRI in a BCM, but I'd guess that is how you would need to do it.

Could you please explain what you mean by (randomly mixed)?

If you mean you call that number and it comes in on different lines, then you need the Telco to split (break the hunt) that line off from the rest and only allow it to come in on one line.

"I was not able to do this since i could not isolate the line, it's randomly mixed all the time"

This is a Signature and not part of the answer, it appears on every reply.

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

Hi all, and thanks for your support. Btw. acewarlock Telco split solved the problem. Thanks again.

Cheers, Ivo

p.s. sorry for the lame explanation from my side.
