I read in a previous thread that some of the cell phone providers are taking a while to pick up, is there anyway to have a beep sound or ringing happening while the forward is in progress? Its on a BCM 400. Do not have the release on file. We have a button programmed to fwd to an external number and it works if the caller stays on the line long enough. People just started complaining last month and the feature has been on for about 7 months.
