set A cannot hear set B very well
Set A does not have this issue with anyone else. The tech on site has changed out the set with another T series set and the problem remains. I have asked him to swap it with an M series to see if the problem is still there. I have read that the T series do have issues with volume. Tech is onsite doing more testing. Port issue?

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

thanks

I personally have never heard of a volume issue with T series but I have with an old release of the M series.

My first thought if A cant hear B and you have change A's set then change the handset and/or curlycord at B.

You can change to another port if you have tried replacing parts at both A & B.

Some people get older too!

BTW T7100 is a one button set which is typically for drivers, entrances, hallways, courtesy area etc.....maybe think about giving them a normal sized phone like a T7208
or a T7316e to make up for all those years of torture.
