Is it possible to add voice mail licenses or have they been retired?

The customer is currently on 4.x so I think I would need the 4 to 6 upgrade.

I am having trouble locating any current skews, if you could post those it would be very helpful.

My disti is a little slow to respond and the customer wants answers.

Software level does not matter.
Licenses are getting hard to find but they can be generated still when you find one.
