BCM400 Ver.4.0,Scheduled backup ADD button wont respond

I am trying to scheduling a backup to a network folder, every time I click on ADD button nothing happens no response it used to work just fine all of sudden stop working I did restart the BCM still doesn't work, immediate backup to network folder and everything else working great, I have a same issue in our other BCM400 please help,
