I have just taken over maintanance on a BCM400 ver4.0 client,the password that the client gave me doesnt allow me to add new accounts,I however am able to work on the system with that password.does anyone know what is wrong here.
The last vendor setup that account with the master password so they have the master password, the client can ask for it from the vendor and some cases they will be charged 1 hr labor for it.
Othewise you would need Nortel to debug it and they do charge.
