I have a problem with a BCM400 ver 3.6. Recently I cannot access the "System Administration and Management" section of the Unified Manager with any of the existing accounts (ee_admin or supervisor that I know the passwords). I can login into the "Call Pilot" and "Maintenance" sections just fine.
Everything worked fine until I've joined BCM to the Windows domain. I've rebooted the unit as asked by the software and can't get in al all after that.
Any help will be appreciated.
