BCM400 v4 RCC losing settings

Have a BCM400 version 4 with all latest patches loaded.
What is happening approx every seven days, the ipview boards stop showing data. Rela time works ok.

We are finding that on the Contact Centre connecion screen on the RCC server, it is losing the IP address setting for the RCC connection, it keeps reverting back to 'No IP address selected'

It is strange that the set up is correct and this happens approx every seven days.

I thought that when this is set up, it should retain this setting.

Anyone encountered this before?

What operating system are you using ? how many ipview boards are running ?
 
Do you have a static IP address for the RCC, and is that IP out of the scoope of DHCP, or reserved?

7 Days is the default lease of IPs in Windows. The problem could be that IP is expiring...
