BCM400 V4 Password

Hi, I have a bcm 400 v4 and im having trouble changing the password for nnadmin, i have set it to user must chg password at next login and now i get the "you must chg your password" screen "Welcome" no matter what i chg the password to it will not take it. Everytime i chg the password and disconnect and reconnect it will not let me login with new password just the old one then i get the welcome screen again. Anyone got any ideas as to solving this. I have also tried using numbers and caps and that sort of thing.

You have to install the new Element Manager first. It will not work without it.

hmmm ok, im using the new element manager version 2 from the bcm 50, and i have used this on other 400 v4 with no issue...I will download EM from the V4 and try it.

had the same issue with the EM from BCM50... After installing the one from BCM4.0 it worked.
