Is there any way to successfully re-transfer a call using the Auto-Attendant, Contact Centre or CCR if the external number is busy?

If the external number is busy the call is to stay in the queue and retry the transfer every 30 seconds until a successful answer or ring at the external end.

I have been able to externally transfer a call from the Auto-Attendant, Contact Centre and CCR if the line rings or answers.

If the external number is busy the call terminates from Auto-Attendant, Contact Centre and CCR and is unable held on the system or queue to re-try the external transfer.
 
No re- transfer, if the call does not go thru the caller has to hang up and call back.
