BCM400 Upgrade To 3.7

We are going to be performing an upgrade on a BCM400 from 3.5 to 3.7 Just has anyone had any issues or problems during one of these upgrades. Any info would be halpful. Things to look out for or double check.

Install all 3.5 patches BEFORE upgrading!!!
I once had an issue because a patch was missing.

1. How long does the upgrade usually take.

2. Is it better to upgrade from CD or hard drive.

3. Will the system be un-operational during the upgrade.

I guess the other question is where can I get the 3.5 patches.

1. usually around 90mins
2. i always used to upgrade from CD. worked fine
3. system is un-operational during the upgrade

I did it without a hitch, about 2hrs for me to complete the upgrade.
