BCM400 upgrade from 3.7 to 4.0

I need a lot of help in upgrading from version 3.7 to 4.0(or the latest). I presently have users using the BCM so any downtime could only be during off peak. Additionally need the existing data to be put back or configured in exactly the way it was / similar.

Follow the upgrade procedure. Should have come with your upgrade kit. Takes about 2 hours to do.
