I have looked but could not find a definitive thread on doing this. I used the FAQ "How to set up BCM to BCM Centralized VoiceMail" to setup the BCM400, then I kinda winged it on the BCM50. The problem I have is the customer does not want to go over a 3 digit dialing plan. The main site will be 2xx and the remote 3xx. The problem is that on both systems those numbers are in the system as a inactive DN so even though I did a DN renumber to get 200 thru 262 on the main site with 500 being the VM DN and 300 thru 307 on the remote BCM50 site I cannot use a destination code of 3A on the main site and 2A on the remote site because they conflict. I set it up with 82A on remote site and 83A on main site just stripping the 8 and I can call between, I get name and number and everything. How do resolve this issue.

One more thing, does anyone know where you can find a walkthrough for this procedure BCM200/400 to BCM50, I know it has to be popular.

You need to renumber all the inactive DNS on each system that conflict 200 and 300 on the opposite systems. The best advice would be to renumber the range you have on each system to 800 ,100 or 700 range.

Thank you sir. How about a BCM400 to BCM 50 guide. If not I wil attempt to follow Nortels Manuals. Thanks again.

Yes, Sir, I am already registered as viper222. On the renumbering, I figured this is what I had to do but that just severly limits the number of sites. I guess that's why the make 4 digit dialing. To bad it is not like an Option switch where you only use them when you program them. Thank you though.
