BCM400 to BCM50 4 digit dialing name versus ext number

Hello all,
I had a bcm400 4.0 crashand backup was corupt so we had to input all information from scratch. My problem is all is done but customer saying that when calling bcm50 only Dn number appears and I (sorry) do not know how to make name show. PVT OLI programmed with DN number.

Is The MCDN key code entered? Does this happen both ways?

Only happens one way and they are using voip trunks and yes mcdn is in place.

Make sure both sites have business names programmed.
