BCM400 S/W ver 4.0 FTR819 ONN blocking not blocking outbound CID

Hello,
I have a BCM 400 4.0 uses feature 819 call blocking and am told it stopped working a week ago? I don't know of any setting other than turning ONN on for each call needing to be blocked. I am leaning towards carrier change or trouble. ANY & ALL suggestions are welcome

in the OLI portion under each and every active set you must put main btn or other in the public oli slot

If you have a PRI you can control your outgoing line identification ( OLI ) to whatever you want, that's with most carriers anyway. Like said before it needs to be adjusted on every extension.

Ask the carrier what the block code is and change it to match.

Are you try to block all or some calls?

correct but if your using ftr819 you must have public OLI programmed
