Hello,

We have a Nortel Enterprise Edge 1000 phone system with BCM 400. I have been looking for documentation on how to completely reset the system to factory defaults, but have not had any success. Can anybody point me to the right location or documentation for this?

What version Software.

4.0 has the factory reset option under administration.

anything lower you will have to go into callpilot and reinstall and then the telephony side to do a startup..
 
Thats correct I was thinking Password,Sorry.
Yea on the 3.X use the start up wizard.
