BCM400 r4 password lost

Hi all,

do you know a solution to reset nnadmin password on a BCM400 rl 4 ? i dont have the imaging tool CD

Call Nortel.
They can provide a "Password for the Day" based on the date and system ID.
You use this password with a user name of nnsupport.
I would suggest configuring additional credentials when you get access to the BCM to prevent future lock outs.
