I manage a BCM400 r3.6 and it says "Telephony Services Not Available" when I click to expand the Telephony Services tree. I am not sure how to restore without rebooting the system. Please help.
Reboot..If you don't want to do a cold reboot, do a reset by putting a paperclip in the small hole next to the last LED on the front of the Bcm.
If it doesn't work then do a cold reboot.
