BCM400 R3.6 - Telephony Services Not Available

I manage a BCM400 r3.6 and it says "Telephony Services Not Available" when I click to expand the Telephony Services tree. I am not sure how to restore without rebooting the system. Please help.

you need to lower the version of your java on the pc your using, had this happen to me mant times.

In the config menu under diagnostics > service manager > stop the voice management service and start it.

When you get the java the telephony is just blank or wont open. You don't get the Tel not avaliable.

It's only dialtone-VZ

Reboot..If you don't want to do a cold reboot, do a reset by putting a paperclip in the small hole next to the last LED on the front of the Bcm.
If it doesn't work then do a cold reboot.

Agree with Norstarboy - you need to uninstall your Java and install a version JRE 5.15 or earlier. Go to

to get the right version.
