BCM400 PRI BLOC Assignment

We are currently working on a BCM400 4.0 with a 23 channel PRI. All 23 channels are assigned to blocA. The corp. office wants to split a dept. and assign them along with their number to a different pool. As soon as I place the 23 channel into blocB we loose the ability to dial out. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

All PRI channels have to be in the same Pool/Bloc. Cannot be split.

that's right. they'd need their own pri or analog trunks.

What is the reason behind splitting the PRI? Maybe someone can suggest a work around for you
