BCM400 Power LED lit to Red Status

All,

A recently installed BCM400 powers up correctly with the Power LED indicator Green. After short time the LED goes solid red. Nothing in the logs except for this:

Alarm ID 326

Core Telephony - "Slip Underflow"short term alarm threshold has been exceeded on the DTM. The module is in a no-new-calls state.

Resetting the LED via Business Element Manager and /or cycle powering the unit changs the LED back to green for a short while before it returns to Red.

The BCM has been moved to a Dedicated Power source and is adequately cooled.

Client is not experiencing any problems.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
 
You are receiving an alarm on a repeated basis. If your DTM is fine and the cable from the DTM to the Demarc is fine, and your system is fully patched, I would call telco and have them pretend to investigate.
