BCM400 phone compatability

I have customer with a failing Meridian system and wants to replace it with a BCM400 4.0. He has a bunch of M7208 sets and an attendant's console that he wants to be able to reuse.
I think I already know the answer, but I need to confirm whether or not the M7208s and a M7324 w/CAP are functional with the BCM400.

I should have asked this before, but I'm assuming I can duplicate the functionality of the M7208 when I switch it from the Meridian to the BCM?
