BCM400 Patches, Upgrades

Hi,

I'm just wondering if there is somewhere where you can see what patches or updates are available for the BCM400?

We don't have a support contact anymore with our vendor (accounting depts choice not mine). I assume I'll have to go to our vendor to get the patches installed for a fee of course but I'd like to be able to see what issues they resolve or features they might add so I can present them to the bean counters when they ask to justify the cost.

You have to have Nortel log in to be able to see and download the latest patches.

If the software on your BCM is 3.5 3.6 3.7 then you will get no functionality updated in the patches only bug fixes with the exception of the RCC server

If you have v4.0 BCM their was a small update that gives the set template function the same as BCM450, but to be honest i have yet to find it useful in the real world..

Thanks, we have ver 4.0 so it doesn't look like any critical updates so far. I did sign up for email notifications so we can keep up with any new releases. Everything is working fine with our system but was just wondering if we were missing any great new features.
