Hello, I have a BCM400 and I have programmed Night Service before. I am trying to program Night Service that would allow another DN handset to answer another DN handset calls but not actual ines unless they have been transferred to that DN.

For example the Lab dept. at Ext-243 leaves the office for the day but I would like the production depts. at Ext-231 to be able to answer or COVER all incoming calls. THere is not DID or driect dial telephone line assigned to Ext-243 so if a an internal call calls Ext-243 or an external calls is transferred to Ext-243 when NIGHT service is on Ext-231 will ring.

THey are to far apart from heach other to hear the phone ringing so I can not use PICK UP

Hope this makes ense. Thank you for your help!
