I've got a BCM400 on which I need to change an inactive set to an active set. I've never done this and don't see something that seems like it should be an "Enable / Disable" button.

@Gibblett: I had a feeling that was going to be the case. Unfortunately it's a remote location I'm try to work with and I'm getting indication that someone is at the desk of the phone in question and they're currently using it despite the BCM Element Manager showing it in the "Inactive DNs" section.

Get the user to do FEATURE * 0 and press a free intercom button to show you the extn number.

Atleast you can then check the correct extn.

You can change the DN number and name in the EM. Do the feature *0 press I/C button to see DN of set then go to that set in active sets and change the DN # and name it will become the number you want. if you have dids copy old set to this one. MB will follow.

Sorry for not following up, guys. Because this is a remote location I couldn't physically be there to verify the connections but eventually found out that someone "thought" the phone was one extension when it really was a totally different extension. Thanks for all of the help, suggestions, and information.
