When someone dials into a certain DID which is tied to an MCR on our BCM400, I would like the Caller ID on the phones that this is ringing to to be a certain word, "Wholesaler" to be exact so that those who answer know what type of business is calling. Does anyone have any idea how I can set this up? Thanks.

BCM400, MCR. CLID manipulation?

You just name the DID "Wholesaler", instead of "Line 244". But your only gonna get 7 characters. Also you need to make sure that DN is set to display Line, not number or name.
