BCM400 lost all digital sets

BCM400 with 3.7 s/w. Two DSM32+ modules. All the T7316E sets are flashing like the system is starting up. IP sets and voicemail works fine.

In the event logs I have the following:

Event ID: 1007
"The specified image file did not contain a resource section. "

Event ID: 3011
"voicemscdriver Driver Failed"

Any idea what could be causing the problem? It seems unlikely both DSM32+ modules are defective.

Get the latest Patch's for 3.7 as there was a problem with the 7316E phones.

I'd try running a universal profile on the system - sounds like the MSC card lost it's marbles.
