thread1361-1394853
Above is a related thread for a BCM50 that has been closed. I have a customer with BCM400 that has had a few extended power outages. On each occurrence some of the programming is lost. Mainly it's station programming. The BCM400 was installed for a school/church and there are two ranges of DN's. 200's are for the church and 300's are for the school. For some reason when power is lost and the BCM400 is started back up all the 300 dn programming is lost. What was the 300 dn programing is converted to 200dn's and all of the 300 dn voice mail boxes are gone. All the 200 dn programming is fine. So what we have been doing is reloading a saved back up to restore the 300 dn programming. We have recently installed the latest software patches but that has not corrected the problem. I'm considering reloading the system fresh and if that don'w work replacing the hard drive. Anyone out there have a similar problem? Any ideas?
