BCM400 Line indicators not working 1

I have a BCM400 Rls 4.0. We recently uploaded the 4 patches available to the system. After installing the patches, our target line, DND, and all call center light indicators do not work. We are using M Series phones. I have tried DSS buttons and Call FWD indicators and they work fine.

Any Ideas?

Background
Nortel is investigating an issue related to lack of display of M7324 line appearances on BCM4.0. For the time being, patch BCM.R400.122-CORE and Patch BCM.R400.136-VISTA (where BCM.R400.122-CORE is a pre-requisite) have been removed from Nortel.com. They will be reinstated with new patch designations once this issue is addressed.

Fix content will be made available in an up-issue Core patch and dependencies/pre-requisites will be updated in the affected patch release notes.


Analysis:

ISSUE: Applying BCM.R400.122-CORE patch causes M7324 Digital sets to cease displaying LCD Alerting and Usage indicators for a configured "Appear only" or "Appear & Ring" line. This is a concern for central answering positions who commonly use the M7324 set.

Please contact Nortel Technical Support (NETS) organization and open a case if you believe you have a system with any of the symptoms
