BCM400 IP licence 1

I have a customer with BCM400, licenced with 60 VOIP trunks and 25 IP sets, 3 DTI cards, 1 GASM, 1GATM.
The problem they are having is when they try and register another IP set (currently 9 active 2004 and 7 inactive 2050 softphone)they recieve a messege "Insufficient licence" but I still have available liciences to use.(25)

Yes this config sounds strange its networked with another BCM that host all digital sets no trunks.

Upon further testing and a reboot I can register additional I2004 sets and 2050 softphones with no issues.

Problem is at 1 point there were 7 2050 clients registered to laptop users, when they try and launch softphone they recieve a "licience failure".

I derigistered the 2050 clients rebooted BCM and reinstalled software.

still recieving same error.????? what next anyone ever had this issue.

It appears that the customer downloaded the newest version of 2050 client 3.0 on there PC's witch is only supported on CS1000 and requires a licencing server.

After 30 days the 2050 will not work and will error "licencing failure".
