BCM400 Incoming Call Beep

I have a location with a BCM400. In Call Pilot all incoming calls go to the attendant DN of 3400 on 0 rings. For every incoming call I get an odd little chirp before the call actually rings to that set.Any idea what it is and how do get rid of it? Thanks!

The incoming line is set to Ring on that set. Take off ringing and you will not hear the chirp. The vmail can't answer fast enough to eliminate the chirp unless turned off on set.

If the lines are Appear&Ring, make them Appear Only.
